Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification via email

2. Delivery Areas

Crown Cosmetics currently delivers to addresses within South Africa.

International shipping may be introduced in the future.

3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service:

Major cities: 2–7 business days
Outlying / rural areas: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location
Any promotional or free-shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the website

5. Tracking Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email
You can use this number to track your delivery with the courier

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

Delayed
Lost in transit
Delivered incorrectly

Please contact us at admin@crowncosmetics.co.za within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect address provided by the customer
Customer unavailable at delivery

Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the damaged packaging and products

We will assess the issue and advise on replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery addresses are correct at checkout.
Crown Cosmetics is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
